48hr Notice for all appointments being canceled.

We do require a 48hr notice to cancel any appointments. All appointments canceled after this window will be subject to a 50% of service fee charge.

We need time to be able to fill the empty appointment and do hope that you understand.

We also understand if you have an emergency and need to reschedule. In these circumstances, you will not be charged.


No Show Appointments

Anyone who NO Shows and does not call will automatically be charged 100% of the service fee. A No Show will also result in us taking note of this and a 50% deposit will be required to schedule with us again.

If you are a regular client and you No Show, we will first see if you are OK. Our regular clients are fantastic and never do this to us unless there has been an emergency.

We do completely understand that emergencies happen. By scheduling with us you acknowledge our cancelation policy and understand that we are within our right to charge a fee should you cancel or no show your appointment.

Please consider that when you cancel last minute or No Show…that is a time that someone else may have really appreciated. We also understand that leaving a voicemail on our off hours as long as it is before the 48hrs will not be charged. Life happens! We get it!
